How To Avoid Probate and Properly Plan Your Estate
Learn the best ways to avoid probate, including trusts, beneficiary designations, and ladybird deeds. We will also discuss the importance of both a durable power of attorney and healthcare directives, as well as guardianship designations for minor children. Participants will leave with an estate planning guide. Spouse attends for free.
