Cooking Classes for Adults
- WONTON AND FRIED PANCAKES: Both widely loved street food and also easily made at home, one is served in soup and another dry, making them a classic perfectly balanced pairing. Material fee of $12 payable to instructor at class, roller stick included. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.
- CRISPY BEEF AND SPRING ONION PANCAKE: A popular street food in China, known for their golden color, crispy exterior, and tender, rich flavor of filling. This is a interactive, hands-on class where you will learn how to make the dough, flaky oil pastry, beef filling, rolling and shaping techniques needed to create perfect layers, instructions on how to cook them at home. Materials fee of $16 cash payable to instructor at class, roller stick included, family and friends can share one set of materials. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.
- CHINESE DUMPLING AND POTSTICKER: It's a hands-on, interactive class. In this class, you will learn how to make the dough, prepare a variety of materials for two kinds of fillings, roll out dumpling wrappers, wrap dumplings, and how to cook them. Supply Fee: $17 payable to instructor at class. List of cooking tools needed will be supplied at registration.

How To Avoid Probate and Properly Plan Your Estate
Learn the best ways to avoid probate, including trusts, beneficiary designations, and ladybird deeds. We will also discuss the importance of both a durable power of attorney and healthcare directives, as well as guardianship designations for minor children.
