Sculpt Class
SCULPT
Sculpt is an all-level strength and cardio class using weights (2-5 lbs.) and resistance bands. You will work out to inspiring, heart-pumping music with choreographed exercises that target the whole body. Every class challenges you in a new way to keep you from plateauing and make it exciting along the way. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring your own weights, a mat and water. If you have a theraband and versaloop, please bring it. There will be bands to borrow if needed.

High Energy Fitness
Adults 18 & Over or Ages 14 & Over with parent permission. Cost includes Tuesday & Thursday classes as well as access to the HEF virtual gym that is available via Facebook. Please note: Class times are subject to change based on the high school sports schedule. Whether you’re aiming to build strength, improve endurance, or just stay active, having access to a variety of classes can make a big difference. Each class offers unique benefits and helps target different aspects of health and fitness. Plus, the sense of community and support from fellow participants can help boost motivation and make the workouts more enjoyable. Please bring in clean shoes for your workout. No equipment needed.
TUESDAYS: HEAVY METAL: The focus of this workout is strength training using a combination of equipment and bodyweight exercises. Don’t be surprised if your heart gets pumping with some rounds of cardiovascular training.
THURSDAYS: BOXING BOOTCAMP: Designed as a total body workout encompassing cardio boxing, strength training, athletic drills, and core. This 60-minute class packs a punch!

Tai Chi
Cheryl Goodwin, Certified Instructor Tai Chi for Health Institute, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, Thai Chi for Falls Prevention, and Tai Chi for Diabetes. Tai Chi focuses on fluid, circular movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo. Medical research shows that practitioners of Tai Chi benefit from increased flexibility, muscle strength, deep breathing and mental concentration. The basics are easy to learn and for many continue as a lifelong journey.

Yoga
- YOGA FOR HEALTHY BACKS: This class is specifically designed to encourage building strength and flexibility in the back and relieving tension in shoulders, hips, and neck. Help promote keeping your back supple... strengthen, tone, energize the body and calm the mind. Please bring yoga mat and long belt or yoga strap to class.
- BASIC YOGA: Basic Yoga is designed to introduce basic yoga postures, promoting basic strength and flexibility throughout the whole body. Basic yoga practice will include breathing techniques, standing poses, seated and mat stretches, as well as introductory backbends and balancing poses. Please bring yoga mat and long belt or yoga strap to class.
- CHAIR YOGA: Enjoy the benefits of Chair Yoga which is a gentle form of yoga where poses will be accessible to most everyone, as it is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga is designed to encourage improved flexibility, strength, circulation, dexterity, and balance throughout the whole body as well as breathing techniques to improve respiratory strength. Practicing yoga will help reduce anxiety and create spatial awareness allowing you to feel better.
