Refund Policy


REFUND POLICY: No refunds after the second activity meeting or within 14 days of a rental. No refunds for rentals canceled due to participant non-compliance with facility rules and regulations.

No travel refunds within 4 weeks of departure or as noted by travel company. Refunds may be given if a replacement is available or insurance was purchased.

NO REFUNDS on special events.

A $5 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds, including programs, pavilion rentals, community room rentals & travel except when the program is canceled by the Parks & Recreation Department.

Refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather are subject to a case-by-case evaluation by the Parks and Recreation Director, within the Director's sole discretion.
