By registering for any facilities, programs, and travel trips, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Oxford Township Parks and Recreation Commission, Facility owners, Program Staff and Volunteers, The Township of Oxford, and Oxford Area Community Schools liable for loss or injury as a result of participation in these programs. It is understood that injury may result from normal participation, and further attest that participants are physically fit to participate in a program and also agree to abide by all rules and regulations. Participants are required to notify Parks and Recreation of any medical conditions that may affect their participation.  Download the Heads Up Concussion form on our website & submit it to our office. Any Misrepresentation (i.e. age/residence/etc.) will result in immediate suspension from the league or program.  Photographs and videos may be taken at certain Parks and Recreation Department activities and unless the Parks and Recreation office receives written objection, photos may be reproduced in department and/or other publications. The Oxford Parks and Recreation Commission will provide the necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services for individuals with disabilities. Requests for such aids and services must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Please contact the Parks and Recreation Office at (248) 628-1720 as soon as possible to allow Parks and Recreation sufficient time to have the reasonable aids and services available.
