PAVILION SEASON:  May 1 through September 30

1. Reservations may be made and paid for in person at the Parks and Recreation Office during regular office hours or an application is available through our online system for patrons to submit a rental request. The rental must be confirmed by office staff and paid for before it is considered a firm reservation.
2. Reservations for the pavilion season will be taken up to 364 days in advance.
3. The full reservation fee must accompany each application.
4. Proof of residency must be furnished upon request.

1. Park hours are Dawn till Dusk. Pavilion rental hours are 10:00 am until 8:00 pm. There will be supervision in the park everyday.
2. Park pavilions are available to residents and non-residents with different rates for each.
3. Vehicles must be confined to the paved parking areas, NO PARKING ON THE GRASS.
4. Application/Permit must be retained at all times by user group and presented to the park staff upon request.
5. The permit is good only for date/time shown. (There are no rain dates)
6. Pavilion reservation canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to the reservation will result in a five dollar ($5.00) administrative fee being deducted from the appropriate refund. No refunds are granted within fourteen days of the reservation.
7. The group is responsible for leaving the shelter area clean and orderly.
8. NO TENTS, GRILLS OR CANOPIES are allowed, unless prior authorization is given.
9. NO amusement rides/inflatables, petting zoos or concessions without written authorization.
10. NO sound systems, speakers, or DJ’s, allowed, unless prior authorization is given.
11. NO alcohol is allowed in any Oxford Township Park. (Stony, Seymour, Powell, Oakwood).
12. Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the athletic areas/fields, beaches, playgrounds, courts, splash pad, or any other area of the park where posted, except for service animals (therapy animals are not permitted).
13. Pavilion fees do not include the use of any other park amenities requiring fees.
14. Those looking for food truck authorization must first defer to Charter Township of Oxford offices for review of Ordinance 135, processing, as well as completion of mobile food permit and licensing and provide us with an update and plans.

1. Watercraft launching is limited to four (4) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anyone caught parking in the boat trailer parking only spaces are subject ticketing from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office.
2. Oxford Township Parks and Recreation does not monitor swimming, ice conditions or thickness. Swimming, ice fishing and skating is done at own risk. Sledding is prohibited.
